2.2 Non-Medical Nature of Services

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that Rae:

• Is NOT a medical or healthcare service.
• Does NOT provide medical diagnoses or treatment.
• Does NOT replace professional therapy or mental health care.
• Is NOT a licensed therapist or healthcare provider.
• Does NOT maintain medical records or provide prescriptions.
• Is NOT covered by HIPAA or similar healthcare regulations.

2.3 AI System Limitations

You acknowledge the following limitations:

• Technical Limitations: Automated responses without human oversight; potential inconsistencies or inaccuracies.
• Safety Limitations: Cannot detect emergencies, provide crisis interventions, or contact emergency services.
• Quality Limitations: May misinterpret context or provide inappropriate responses.

3. User Eligibility and Account Requirements

3.1 Age Restrictions

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Rae.
• Users under 13 are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Creation

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information.
• Maintain account security and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

You must NOT:

• Share account credentials.
• Create accounts using automated means.

You must NOT use Rae to:

• Promote or discuss self-harm or harm to others.
• Engage in illegal, harassing, or harmful activities.
• Attempt to manipulate or extract proprietary data or reverse engineer Rae's technology.

5. Liability Limitations and Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
